What to Expect from the construction planning package?
A full construction package will include an architect consultation or a review of construction plans, site visit to assess the topography of the construction site and a risk assessment. We will be doing the bill of quantities for the project which will include cost estimating and cost control.

We do this by setting up furniture and furnishings in the home so that as you walk in you have a sense of home and makes it easier for a client to picture them in the home. We bring in furniture and furnishings for an agreed period of time, you can choose to buy the furniture and furnishings and pay us the staging and design fee or you could rent out the furniture and furnishings from us at a monthly fee and a separate staging fee.
